If the item you want has sold out you can send us an email and we will let you know as soon as it becomes available. This process does not reserve the item.

Standard delivery (inside the Philippines)

  • FREE (Orders over 2,000 PHP)

The estimated delivery time will be between 10-15 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

By now we only can do shipments inside the Philippines, but if you can’t wait to have your Walang Problema item just send us an email with your complete address and we will let you know the shipment costs for your country 🙂

Once we send your order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?


– Paypal, credit card through Paypal (no need Paypal account).
– Bank transfer to BPI.
– Cash on Delivery.

Exchange and Returns

Can I Return a Product?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Special conditions

Accessories and intimate clothes such as underwear or swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
